Shoe Width Information

Nike publishes the following approximate differences in toe-box girth compared with regular-width shoes.

Wide Shoes: Approximately 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) more girth in the toe box than regular-width shoes.

Extra Wide Shoes: Approximately 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) more girth in the toe box than regular-width shoes.

These figures describe toe-box girth differences, not overall shoe width. Availability of width options depends on the individual product.

How To Measure Foot Length

Follow Nike's official foot measurement procedure to help determine your size.

1. Secure a sheet of paper to a firm, level surface so it stays in place.
2. Stand on the paper with your feet shoulder-width apart and your weight distributed evenly. Measure one foot at a time.
3. Ask someone to hold a pen or pencil vertically and mark the tip of your big toe and the furthest point of your heel.
4. Step off the paper and use a ruler or tape measure to find the distance between the two marks. This gives you your foot length.
5. Measure your other foot using the same method. A slight difference between feet is normal.
6. Use the measurement from your longer foot to find the corresponding size in the chart. If your measurement falls between sizes, Nike recommends choosing the larger size.

Use the Foot Length column when matching your measured foot length. Do not treat the CM / JP shoe-label value as an equivalent foot-length measurement.
